Samuel Alexander

Another vote for Samuel Alexander, classic.

Although if you have Samuel Alexander or Jasper Alexander he will have the initials SAW or JAW (not particularly offensive though!)

KnitterNotTwitter · 27/12/2011 19:58

Samuel Alexander... but makes initials SAW...

Not sure about Jasper....

KnitterNotTwitter · 27/12/2011 19:59

xposted with Jimbos - sorry

Samuel Alexander.

ChippingInLovesChristmasLights · 27/12/2011 21:21

Either Jasper or Samuel with Alexander. Initials are fine :)

Nightstar · 27/12/2011 21:38

So Leo not popular here!

Why Samuel over Jasper?

Many thanks so far! x

Samuel Alexander. More traditional, safe sort or name

Heavensmells · 27/12/2011 22:07

I like Samuel Leo.

exoticfruits · 27/12/2011 22:13

Samuel Alexander . (I don't like Jasper)

LaTristesse · 27/12/2011 22:18

Personally I prefer Leo as a mn; Samuel Alexander has too many L sounds and Jasper Alexander could have an R sound in between - Jaspa Ralexander iykwim.

seeker · 27/12/2011 22:24

Samuel Leo.

But Sam Worthington does sound a bit like a real ale.....

LynetteScavo · 27/12/2011 22:26

Jasper Alexander (Leo is nice too, though)

effingwotsits · 27/12/2011 22:27

Jasper Leo.

EdithWeston · 27/12/2011 22:31

I think Jasper Alexander would be a fabulous name, but the JAW gives me pause.

I'm not so keen on Leo, though - unless expanded to Leonidas.

EdithWeston · 27/12/2011 22:32

Sam Worthington does sound like a beer - but actually is an actor.

startail · 27/12/2011 22:34

You can't have Alexanda as a middle name,
Saw, law or jaw as initials is just asking for trouble.
I had a friend at school who's initials were Sam, she hated it.

Jasper Leo

CecilyP · 28/12/2011 13:15

I like Jasper Alexander. Though the initials spell Jaw, it is not as if they spell anything embarrassing.

3isamagicnumber · 28/12/2011 14:34

Samuel Alexander - best by far!! Dont like Jasper at all - Leo is ok but Samuel Alexander just sounds much nicer, stronger, traditional.
