Australian?

MummysLovesSanta · 12/12/2011 20:27

G'day Sheila. That's what it makes me think.

It's OK. Middle-aged, but then those are the names which will next have a comeback!

It a Granny name, I don't think it's ready for re-use yet. I don't like it.

tummytickler · 12/12/2011 22:34

I rather like it, there is a little girl called Sheila in one of ds' favourite books, so it does not seem too weird!
I do ADORE Shirley though, and this is a serious contender for us.

hohohoshedittant · 12/12/2011 22:37

I can't not say it in an Australian accent.

G'day Sheila, chuck another shrimp on the Barbie Grin

EskimoPie · 12/12/2011 23:16

Ha! I'm Australian but did think of Sheila Dillon on The Food Programme on Radio 4! Otherwise good for a twin sister to Bruce...
