It makes me think of "serenity now" being yelled by Jerry Stiller on Seinfeld.

Bit of a name to live up to, isn't it? Can imagine a three-year-old having a meltdown in Tesco's with mother pleading with Serenity to calm down... Serena a bit better, IMO.

Seren is much better and I know a lovely Sierra, I think that's a nice name

Seren is lovely, Serena also nice. I think Serenity is a bit OTT and I agree a bit like a name of a tampon / incontinence pad etc.

We had a Serenity in Brownies - she was anything but!
