Harry
William

Rory; the others just don't flow as well. Dexter as runner up.

Agree that Rory goes best with your surname.

Rory - nice, and Rory Allen works well
Harry - too similar to surname with "a" vowel and two syllables
William - like, but too much double L, especially with Will Allen (Will quite likely to be nickname)
Elliot - like Elliot, but again lots of double L with Elliot Allen
Dexter - too surnamey, not keen

Elliot Allen is a real mouthful, no flow, whereas Harry Allen has lots of flow. Like Rory and Dexter.
