What does everyone think of Max?
I like Max Daniel or Max Andrew. Is Max a good name?

I like max as a name but our surname is horn

I like it but personally prefer Maximilian on the BC but I love long names you can shorten!

Max is a great name. Personally I'd use Maximilian as full name.

Daniel and Andrew are both nice, but with Andrew you might want to check the initials won't spell something like MAD.

Last name is Hartley so not MAD lol. I think on birth cert Maximilian would be better too. My only concern is DS1 is Alexander, Alex for short. Do Max and Alex go together, a friend of mine says they sound too similar??

Max is alovely name i think Andrew flows better as a middle,ds used to go to nursery with an Alex who had a brother called Max as far as i know nobody ever thought anything of it.

I have an Alexander and a Max. Have never heard anyone say that they don't go together. If you like Max, then I don't really see the need to put something longer on the bc, just for the sake of it.

My Max, has the mn Christopher. I also liked Evan as a mn, but dh didn't.

Max is lovely, and is absolutely fine with Alex
