What do you think? Is this awful?! DH likes Beau but ideally I'd like a Scottish name to honour family heritage. Is Bo too much like B.O.?! Could it still work?

I really don't like Beau. It's too similar to b.o, and bow. I think you both have to agree though, whatever the name.

Looks like Bob with a letter missing. Doesn't really work for me.

Either Beau or Robert (Rob) imo.

Robbo?

My dads a BO, its a common scandianvian male name, Hasnt been popular for ages but is now making a bit of a revival for itself. My dad who travels alot complains that people either think its his initials or they think its a female name and then my tall bearded dad turns up.....
Ulrika Jonson named her daughter BO after her dad, so I suppose in this day and age it could be either...

Bo is a girls name. Beau is a boys name. Both are awful, though.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 21/11/2011 19:11

I don't like Beau but think Robert with nn Bo is lovely.

GrimmaTheNome · 21/11/2011 19:16

Robert/Rob/Robbie/Bobby are all good.

Whereas here is the Face of Bo.

No, really don't like it.
