For a boy.

Not sure if we would put Andrew on bc as other 2 DSs have shortnames like Drew and don't have the assosiated 'long name'

As long as your surname isn't Peacock.

or Peebles Grin

I really like Drew and thought about it for us but doesnt really go with our surname (which is neither Peacock or Peebles!)

I don't like it to much, but do like Andrew. I would put Andrew on the BC personally but refer to him as Drew from early on as otherwise be might be called Andy which I assume you don't want.

"too" much not "to" - oops...

Carlitawantsababy · 07/11/2011 17:26

I like Drew just as Drew! It's a great name, strong and cool so don't think you need to use Andrew at all unless you want him to have several name options, Andrew, Andy, Drew?

Towndon · 07/11/2011 17:51

I prefer Andrew to Drew.

Drew is a bit unisex (Drew Barrymore).

MelinaM · 07/11/2011 23:19

Lovely!

mushroomsforgetthemselves · 08/11/2011 10:13

I love Drew - I may be biased though I do have one. and he isn't Andrew

tammytoby · 09/11/2011 11:41

I know a male Drew, short for Andrew.

tammytoby · 09/11/2011 11:43

but it is the past tense of draw...
