Ooh I love Alexander and Joseph (and I have a Leo so love that too!). One of the names we are considering is Nicholas - does that fit the bill? Also love Jacob and Samuel which could work (Jacob might not work with mns though)

Alexander Robert James, sounds fab. Could use Alex, Zander or Xander as nn. Love it

Jacob no use as surname starts with B and is short

Alexander and Joseph top of the list but he wasn't persuaded out with us calling all of them
