Any suggestions? To be fussy... 7 letters, 3 syllables ...
Considering Romilly, Aisling, Ophelia... I know they don't all fit the bill x

My first thought was Olivia, but it hasn't got enough letters ...

I agree 3 syllables sound good

I would definitely have 7 letters or more, how about (I know a bit longer..):

Thea Charlotte/Elizabeth/Catherine

I wouldn't have a middle name ending in "a"...

Oooooh thank you for all the responses!

I'm liking Mirabel, Juliet, Hermione, Louisa, Juniper, Emerald!, and I love Sophina! Never heard it before, is it from Sophia?

How do you pronounce Mairead?

OP posts:
ThoseClementineShoes · 29/10/2011 23:18

Mah-raid. Rhymes with parade. Scottish/Irish form of Margaret, means pearl I think.

TruthSweet · 29/10/2011 23:49

I think it is a variant of Sophia or possibly a nickname/corruption for/of Josephina.

mathanxiety · 30/10/2011 05:31

Thea Miranda
Thea Sabrina
Thea Minerva
Thea Annabel
Thea Beatrix or Beatriz
Thea Leilani

therewasalittlegirl · 30/10/2011 09:40

I like Mairead, like Delilah, DH likes Beatrix.
Just to clarify... Mirabel... Mirror- bell or Meera-bell. Thanks again for all responses! Any more ideas? [hsmile]

SaffronCake · 30/10/2011 11:16

Mirra-belle I think.

My first thought was Hermione too but of the names you like OP I prefer Delilah with Thea.

ImDreamingOfACheapXmas · 30/10/2011 20:29

My friend is Thea Louise.
I wouldnt go for a "ah" or "a" sound for middle name as well. (even though I like delilah, But not with Thea)
