Possible names for DC2 if a boy...2 syllable surname.

Middle name is family name. :)

Ross Allan
Jacob Allan
Joseph Allan
Nicholas Allan
Elliot Allan (like Elliot and although these two a bit of a mouthful, they wouldn't get used all together much)

Would quite like a Scottish name, but struggling to pick ones I like that aren't someone I know or remind me of someone annoying!

Still not convinced DH on any of these...

Glaikit :

Blair
Fraser
Fergus
Struan
Ruairidh
calum

I think I know little ones of all of these. :(

Jenny:

Douglas - Love it but Dh doesn't
Campbell - Too surnamey for me
Leslie - Know a female Lesley so would be weird IYSWIM!
Moray - KNow a wee Murray
Lewis - Not keen for some reason
Coinneach (Kenneth)- think I know too many annoying Kennys!

Only taken me a couple of months to get back to this thread Blush and DH and I have still not got much further.

I am still quite keen on Ross and Elliot for some reason, but have gone off Jacob and Nicholas.

Lyndsay is traditional in my family. It comes from calling sons after grandfathers. If you got a duplicate, or an awful name use the surname. I love it.

Dislike Ross and Ellliot - others are nice, though.
