Euro-trashy names that would suit a Jilly Cooper character

Can you help us find Euro-trashy names that would suit a Jilly Cooper character (the smouldering European type boy or girl)

It seems a silly request but we quite like European names and I just thought giving a few more descriptives would help (or you could imagine the head of the ECB or IMF to give you a few more European type names!)

DH and I just can't seem to agree on names. DH is French and we live in France. I am anglophone.

Actually, Jilly Coopers charectors are usually well educated, live in the country and go to extremly high end private schools, they are doctors, polo players, corporate high flyers and classical musicians, conductors and contemporary painters... I'm not sure where you get the "Euro trash" tag from?
Her charectors are anything but euro trash, unless you yourself are well educated you are unlikely to understand much of what her books are about or her constant references to poetry, painting, classical music or the constant equestrian theme that flows through out.
