ARRRGH why are boys names sooooo hard

Here I am again trying out different boys names for size. I've chosen my girls name and love it but boys names are so hard, just cant find one I love so here are some I really like. What do you think?

Oren/Orin
Jared
Gabriel (already have a Gabriella in family)
Theo
Griffin
Joel
Connor

Oren is hubbys fave. DD is Lyra.

Catsycat According to my 4 year old I say it wrong, after numerous rolling of eyes sessions she informs me its Oar-in. I thought thats what I was saying

Oh, I do think it's nice wiggles. Growing on me by the moment!!! I often get the 4 year old eye rolls too!

I think DH and I are leaning towards Orin or Corben. Would you say Corben or Corbin is better? Was a bit worried about having the word 'bin' in the name. Surname is Rollings. Does Orin Rollings sound to much of a mouthful?

Not more than Lyra Rollings is imo . I like Orin - lovely underused name.

'This is your Captain Orin Rollings speaking....'

'All rise for Judge Orin Rollings..........'

Do these work for you?

Personally too many RRRRRs for me and if he couldnt pronounce his rrrrrrrrrrrrs then he might struggle!!

Rollings is quite unusual so think you should go with a

Good point I struggle with my rrrrrrrrr's. Didn't know until I started trying to say Lyra Rollings on the phone!!! I'm ok in person though. Looks like Orin may be out. I'll keep practicing though just incase I get the hang of it :)
