I'm way overthinking, I'm not even pregnant yet, but I've just discovered that my great-grandad was called Phineas, and I rather like it.

Is it ridiculous?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If it's twins you could call the other Ferb! Lol

cece · 16/09/2011 17:02

LOL

rachel234 · 16/09/2011 17:25

I like it but the problem is that it will probably be shortened to Finn/Phinn, of which there are too many already imo.

DoctorX · 16/09/2011 19:13

Depends on the context. A Phineas skiing in Austria sounds like an interesting character; a Phineas down the local pub? Not so sure...

Love PhineasSmile

No one will believe it is not after the cartoon Im afraid.

People still says " as in friends" about dd1's name and actually she is named after " The Catcher in the rye"

carpwidow · 16/09/2011 21:32

I'm sorry, but sounds like a medical condition.

GirlWithALlamaTattoo · 17/09/2011 13:58

I've never heard of the cartoon. I'll have to investigate, when the time comes.

Mixed responses, then. Better than all-out horror.

Thanks, everyone.

The cartoon is brilliant! And for that reason I'm in..

MUUUuuuUUM, Phineas and Ferb are making a title sequence...

I [heart] Phineas.

LetThereBeRock · 17/09/2011 14:51

It's awful.

Erebus · 17/09/2011 20:32

Fogg

minipen · 17/09/2011 20:39

Makes me think of Phineas Gage had an iron rod through his head, learnt a lot about brain damage from him though

PorkChopSter · 17/09/2011 20:42

I like it.
