Boys' names are either (a) boring or (b) very hard to get through school with. We're looking for something in the middle, but have different tastes.

Have a look at the following and let us know what you think and also if you can think of any other good names that may be similar. Thanks. This is keeping me up at night now it's getting so close to the due date!

dh likes: Arthur, Louis, Charlie
I like: Adam, Elijah, Abel, Edward, Rawdon, Noah, Seth

What about Ethan?

I like Adam, Edward and Charles (nn Charlie) the best from your list. Great names to take you from child to adult

On your DH's choices I like Arthur, although it is becoming mote popular. Louis is ok and I would use Charles rather than Charlie although tbh not that keen in either Charles or Charlie.

In your list, I love Elijah, although this is my DS1's name so am biased. Seth is also a great name and I also like Abel and Noah. I quite like Rawdon, but wonder if it's a bit rakish for a small boy as the only association I have with it is Rawdon Crawley.

Some great names there so you should be able to pick something that is right fir your son.

I love edward, would probably use Teddy for baby/toddler.
Next Seth and Arthur.

All good names really Elijah and Rawdon my least favourite.

I like Edward and Seth.

What about Jude or Saul?
