Is it a boy's or a girl's name? Sounds like a made-up word to me. Isn't Faron Sutaria an estate agent?

Farren is an English name meaning "adventurous" and can be for a boy or a girl.

Quite like it for a boy - sounds American!

For a girl sounds made up for some reason and also sounds like Fallon - of 'The Colbys' and 'The Archers' fame!

I have seen it on 'Oirish' baby name lists, the sort of list that says Kelsey is an Irish name...

i know a lad called farron he is and always was a litttle ....
