Its Padraig, or Padhraig (can be pronounced as you suggested or like Paw-drig or Paw-rig)

I worked with a Paudric once, anglicised I presume, pronounced Paw-dric.

Pádraig or Pádraic, Irish for Patrick.
Both spellings can be pronounced 'Pawrick'.

The C spelling is more usual in the west and north of Ireland, as is the Pawrick pronunciation, while the G spelling is found more in the south and southwest, and usually pronounced Pawdrig.
