Our surname has only one syllable so maybe something longer? Or would I be better going for Gracie? Thoughts please Smile

Elizabeth? I don't think an 'ee' ending name will work.

PGTip · 20/06/2011 21:41

I know a Grace Hermione with a one syllable surname.

happy2bhomely · 20/06/2011 21:43

We have a 'Grace Maria Surname'.

Think it sounds better with something longer :)

We were planning to have a Grace Harriet, if DC3 had been a girl.

bettyboo83 · 20/06/2011 21:59

Thanks everyone Smile I love Hermione but DP won't let me have it. I think Elizabeth goes nicely too but that's my name...would that be a bit odd??

Grace Elizabeth is beautiful - and nothing wrong with using your name as a MN. Definitely need 2-3 syllables for the middle name - also love Grace Louisa, Grace Alexandra and Grace Beatrice - all classic names that will stand the test of time.

DS1 was going to be Grace. He would have been either Grace Alice or Grace Eloise

Bunbaker · 21/06/2011 19:18

storminabuttercup · 21/06/2011 19:24

All the more reason to have Elizabeth for a middle name if that's your name too. Its lovely.

SloganLogan · 22/06/2011 20:08

If Grace Elizabeth is the obvious choice to so many people then could it be a little bit... obvious?

harrygracejessica · 26/06/2011 22:45

I've got a Grace Lucy

feckwit · 26/06/2011 22:46
