My 2nd DD is called this. DH vetoed it first time round and I'm so glad I wore him down to agree to it second time round.

That's our top name at the mo (10 days to go!). Don't let it get too popular though, everyone was suddenly Florence after DD was born...

Recently found out that DC2 will be a boy, but if it was a girl result it would have been Eloise. I really love it, please use it!

I don't like it but I think that's only because there was a kid in my class at school when I was about 7 called Eloise who was really annoying!

So I have nothing logical against it, it's pretty I guess.

Really like it - I can't use it as it is too similar to DDs name, but would be on my list otherwise.

I really like it, was in my short list. Did reckon on it being shortened to Ellie by most people tho, which I wasn't keen on.
