Can Poppy be short for anything?

We like the name (and am not even pg!) but already have a Matilda / Tilly so are trying to think of similar combinations, just in case!

Here in Greece Poppy is short for Calliope- lovely name.

Penelope. Penelope is lovely, and it could be Penny, Polly or Poppy.

I have a Poppy who is just a Poppy though!
