Me again! Sorry, quick poll please:

Eloise or Coralie?

(Possibly with Georgia as middle name)

It depends on the surname as well. I prefer Eloise.

fairieswearboots · 01/06/2011 23:22

Hello again:)

I prefer Eloise.
Georgia is lovely too. But maybe Georgia Eloise flows better than Eloise Georgia. Not keen on Coralie, though I like Cora.

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 01/06/2011 23:25

Ah, someone said that (Georgia Eloise rather than Eloise Georgia) on the other thread.

I like Georgia but not enough for a first name...

Just to confuse things, I really like Coralie. Very, very pretty name, could use Cora as nn. Not sure it goes that well with Georgia as a middle name, though.

Eloise very pretty too - I know only one and it works well on her.

Good choices.

Georgia's pretty, but quite a handful as a middle name. Any other ideas?

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 02/06/2011 09:16

Ugh, we've had so many ideas, I think we've exhausted every single name list that exists! (This is about the tenth thread I've started for naming this baby!)

How about Eloise Josie?

PukeyRag · 02/06/2011 09:18

Coralie is lovely :) I don't think it goes as well with Georgia as Eloise does, but imo so much prettier.

YouremindmeoftheBFP · 02/06/2011 09:24

Coralie Josie is lovely. Although perhaps a little "eee". Not fussed on Elouise really.Smile

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 02/06/2011 09:31

Coralie Josie not a possibility: surname begins with D, therefore CJD!

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 02/06/2011 09:31

Coralie Alice?

OP posts:
Cattleprod · 02/06/2011 09:32

Eloise definitely. But if you want to use a nickname, please choose Lois rather than Ellie. Far too many Ellie's around at the moment.

razzlebathbone · 02/06/2011 09:32

Coralie

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 02/06/2011 09:40

Oh but I like Ellie and don't like Lois!

Having said that, I don't tend to use nicknames myself, I think it's up to the child to decide. DD is never shortened by us at the mo.

Def Eloise, not keen on Coralie.

Agree Eloise Georgia doesn't sound right.

Eloise Catherine
Eloise Rose (popular I know)
Eloise Helena

LoopyLoopsBettyBoops · 02/06/2011 09:53

Already used Rose I'm afraid.

Yes to Coralie Alice. Nice.

ThoraNogson · 02/06/2011 10:12

Coralie Eloise sounds good

brightcopperkettles · 02/06/2011 11:25

Love Eloise, my bump is a boy otherwise that would have been my choice too :). I like Eloise Georgia very much (but the poor childs initials would have been EGG for us). Also like Eloise Josie but not quite as much.
