Kiss Chase
Knicker Chase
Do you want to play Chase?

Too much teasing potential IMO. Fine if you're actually American because it's fairly normal there.

BooBooGlass · 29/05/2011 20:13

God no. Stop watching Gossip Girl

valiumbandwitch · 29/05/2011 20:15

Kiss Chase
Or a merchant bank.

I agree, if you ARE ~American then you can get away with it, but ........otherwise, no you can't.

Conflugenglugen · 29/05/2011 20:25

Yes, the first thing I thought was it sounded like someone from The Bold and The Beautiful. Sorry!

BuntyPenfold · 30/05/2011 00:50

If you are Australian or American it's ok. They do tend to use "unusual" names. I think it's awful.

CheerfulYank · 30/05/2011 02:30

It started off being a nickname for Charles here (from Chas/Chaz) and now I know quite a few who are just called that.

We don't call it playing chase here; it's tag. :)

My nephew is called Chase, i wasn't very keen at first but he is 2 now and super cute and he suits his name ,it has grown on me :)

tooworried · 30/05/2011 12:50

Websticks - I do hope he lives in America or Australia.

Sylvaniasandwich · 30/05/2011 12:53

If you are going to do it, put Charles on the birth certificate. I like it as a nn.

noid · 30/05/2011 12:56

Knicker chase (played at mixed SE London state primary circa 1985 - but not at all girls private school in Kent circa 1988) was where the boys chased the girls and when they caught a girl she had to show the boy her knickers.

Sounds awful as I write it but it was just another one of those playground games at the time Blush
