Florencia - Is it too fussy?

Sorry me again. Me and Dh been discussing baby names again and come across the name Florencia. We both like the name Florence but there is something about this name that I like. To me it has got the same feel to it, as the name Alicia. Traditional but a little different. What do you think? We have got a 1 syllable 5 letter surname. Considering the middle names Pearl or Grace at moment. I am also considering potential NN. Flo being the obvios one but may be this name could lend itself to the nn Cici. Am I overthinking things.

Florence is nice, doesn't need frilling up.
Emilia is LOVELY IMO.
I detest Pearl, really like Grace.

I really love Flora and Florence although not my personal cup of tea is a good classic name. florencia doesn't work in my opinion.
