In English, I would say Hehz-zeh-Kie-ah, though I would very tempted to go for the original Hebrew Hehz-zeh-Kee-ah.

it's a cool name-freinds of ours have just called thier newborn-but I dont want to be embarrased the first time I meet him by not being able to say it properly.
