Raena and Matteo

Still ttc but thinking of names to pass the time :(

Raena for a girl, Matteo for a boy.

We do have an Italian surname so I'm happier with a more continental first name.

Raena is OK (might often get pronounced wrongly)

Matteo is very nice :)

Love Raena, sounds so beautifulSmile

Not too keen on Matteo, I don't think it really goes with lovely Raena ...but that's just me!

valiumbandwitch · 30/04/2011 17:19

I like Matteo but not Raena.

Is that an Italian name? Very close to to the Spanish for frog. But .....oh ignore me. That just leaped in to my head.

weimy · 30/04/2011 18:03

raine/raina most european countries have a variation of it, so doesn't have to be spelt that way. Grin

Matteo is lovely! I though Raena was spelt Raina. It is pretty too.

Prefer Irina over Raena. Matteo is nice.

weimy · 30/04/2011 21:52

Not so keen on Irina (think it is the I sound at the start) Just found the name Livia which is latin.

Ah, I used to work with a Matteo - he was lovely!

mathanxiety · 02/05/2011 06:30

Livia is gorgeous imo.
