Currently as he's little we call him Izy (Eye-zee) but I know it's quite babyish.
I know there is Ike and some people would say Zac (I don't think it is because of the s/z sound but hey)
Are there any others you can think of?

Ike is all I can think of.

If you pronounce it I-sac, the the short form would be Sac not Zac imo, which isn't that nice, to be honest (but I'm not keen on Zac either).

Why shorten Isaac at all - it is lovely as it is (and nicer than its nicknames imo).

I agree with every thing you have said. I was just wondering if there was anything I had missed

Can't think of anything you've missed, sorry! Isaac with no nickname is very nice though.

A couple of my Isaac friends are nicknamed Yitz (Isaac is pronounced Yitzak in Hebrew)

Isa?

Our Isaac is known as Ikey while he is little but have no doubt will become Ike as he gets older. Although more often than not he's just Isaac!

my friend's Isaac is nicknamed Ike, and he loves it!

I love Ike.

Ours is ikey ( makes me think of ikey Solomon)

We have a 5 month old Isaac and he tends to be just Isaac, although I occasionally call him Ikey. I would never think to shorten it to Zac. Like others have said, it's a fairly short name and a lovely one just as it is!
