I love the name but a friend said she just thinks of the tacky braclets! What do you think of it?

You could stave off the evils by giving her Hope as a second name

I love the name Pandora (hate the nn Dora), I only think of Pandora's box, those hideous bracelets will soon fade into oblivion

Don't like it though. Didn't Adrian used to call her 'Pan' in his musings? You could call the next one Kettle.

Adrian Mole firstly, the box second, the bracelets third, my friends rabbit fourth, and a fb friends middle name fifth. Despite all those associations, I like it.

Pandora's box was what came into my mind. I don't know what these bracelets are, but I am not a bracelet person.

Friend used to go out with a Pandora. Lots of jokes about her box & whether he was getting to see inside it.

How about Polydora instead? Two good short names in there too for you choose between.

It's a dark, goth name, and tacky try-hard.

Why would you risk the box jokes too?
