Name for DC3, due in 8 weeks!
Really finding it hard to decide on a name for our 3rd child.

Already have 2 girls, Keira Aeryn-Leigh and Imogen Alyssa

What do you think of our shortlist???

Boys
(possible middle name Jude or one of the below)
Callan/Callen
Connor
Nathaniel
Nate

Girls
(possible middle name Fae/Seren)
Tabitha
Rowan
Romy
Romilly
Elena
Freya

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Callan is the best spelling
Connor is a bit 'bad boy at school' - sorry all Connors!
Nathaniel, very nice.
Nate, only nice if full name is used

Tabitha - not for me
Rowan - v nice, though do prefer it for a boy
Romy - okay
Romilly - nicer
Elena - nice
Freya, too common, too now.

Jude and Seren are the nicer middle names.

To go with Keira and Imogen I would pick Torryn or Juliet.

I prefer Callen Jude for a boy (I also like Cailen-irish) and Freya for a girl. I love Fae as a middle name but too many F's with Freya :)

Nathanial and Elena are the ones I like from your list and sound best with your daughters names.

Thanks guys, really finding it hard this time round. I like a lot of names but none really stand out for me.

Really like Rowan but everyone says 'mr Bean' when i mention it!
I like 'Ro' as a nn hence 'Romilly' but not sure if it's too different (or how to say it- Roe-milly or Rom-illy?)
Hubby likes Tabitha best, but we're not too keen on tabby as a nn!

I love Callan but think we'll constantly be correcting people from saying Callum, but i'm liking Nathaniel at the moment with Nate as a nn.

This naming business is a tricky one, i'm totally driving DH mad with name suggestions everytime he comes home from work!

Callan/Callen - don't like
Connor - too surnamey
Nathaniel - great, love this :)
Nate - like as nickname for Nathaniel

Tabitha - a cat's name, dislike
Rowan - OK but too unisex, how about Rowena?
Romy - don't like
Romilly - don't like
Elena - OK
Freya - don't like

If I'd heard of Callan before DS2 was born I'd have been very tempted. However I see your point about the Callum confusion, in which case agree with SolarPanel Nathaniel, with Nate as NN.

I like your girls names, but am less keen on Romy & Romilly. Agree with SolarPanel (again) - how about Rowena, with Rowan as NN? Gets you round the Mr Bean thing too.
