I like Isabella Lucia a lot - personally, the May just feels like padding and I wouldn't bother with it. Isabella Lauren sounds nice too, although I'm not terribly fond of Lauren in itself.

I know adorable three year old twins called Sophie and Isabella. Great choice, they're all great names.

I prefer
Sophia Lily Madeleine and Isabella Lauren May.
