I am looking for a name for a baby ending in A and having 3 or more syllables. Please help.

Like Claudia, and Mathilda at the moment but would prefer something more unusual.

Claudia and Matilda are fab choices too and I only know one of each.

Love Helena; also like Clarissa

Agatha is lovely

5DollarShake · 03/03/2011 19:17

Am surprised at suggestions of Isabella and Olivia when the OP is asking for something more unusual. Grin

Also love Isadora, which DH wouldn't countenance.

5dollar to be fair Isabella and Olivia must be unusual somewhere, I'm just now sure where that somewhere would be Grin

cookingbaby2 · 03/03/2011 20:13

I love the name Claudia, I think it's really elegant and timeless.

We have an eighteen month old Sabrina, it really suits her and she calls herself Nina which is sweet. Her name makes me think of the beautiful Audrey Hepburn :)

I also really like Miranda, Roseanna and quite like Rosalind and Georgina too.

Good luck!

toobusytothink · 03/03/2011 20:14

Amanda

headfairy · 03/03/2011 20:14

Francesca (I'm biased on this one as i have a Francesca)

Mathilda is lovely - would have been dd's name if dh liked it, it's my grandmother's name (actually she's Mathilde)
