I think a longer name works better.

Eve Victoria
Eve Beatrice
Eve Alexandra
Eve Charlotte
Eve Madeleine

I think the middle name might sound better if it also starts with a vowel......

ledodgy · 27/02/2011 20:02

We have an Eve Mary.

Jacksmania · 27/02/2011 20:03

Are you aware of the popularity of the name Eve? One third of the girls in DD's class (4/5 year olds) have this name. Just thought Id mention it obviously fine if it doesnt bother you but know that most of the mums involved are quite Hmm that this name is so crazily popular.

Eve is a lovely name but are you aware of how popular it is OP? DD starts school in Sept and I think every other girl in the class will be Eve/Evie/Eva.

ledodgy · 27/02/2011 21:38

There is only one other Eve in my dd's school. I think it depends where you live and if you like the name who cares?

SilkStalkings · 27/02/2011 22:31

Is there is a Philip Pullman connection there then? Wasn't Lyra B the second coming of Eve?

I also agree that a nother vowel would be good:
Eve Elinor
Eve Emmeline
Eve Alice
Eve Amandine
Eve Heloise
Eve Iris
Eve Orla

TysonNobdie86 · 27/02/2011 22:33

I like Eve Marie

plonkerr · 27/02/2011 22:40

I totally agree with the longer middle name and vowel comments ...

Eve Elizabeth is just beautiful as is Eve Alexandra

How about
Eve Annabella
Eve Aurora
Eve Isadora
Eve Olivia
Eve Ursula

JiltedJohnsJulie · 28/02/2011 06:46

ledodgy there is only one Evie currently in Ds school, its the years coming up that have loads in. Totally agree with names being regional though and that you should use the name you love. Just wanted to make sure the OP knew just how common the names are.
