How would you spell this nickname for Emilia?

Silly q; dp and I are leaning towards Emilia if dc2 is of the pink persuasion. I love the nickname Emmy, but unsure if would speak it like that....Emi? Emy? Emmi? Emme?

I was Emmie as a child, my nan still calls me by that name now!
Everyone else calls me Em.
