Lily Rose. Hyphenated is awful IMHO.

5DollarShake · 09/02/2011 12:20

So that's a fairly resounding Lily (first name) Rose (second name). Grin

Plonker · 09/02/2011 12:28

Lily Rose.

But I prefer one or the other rather than both.

Both are gorgeous names but are too flowery when used together.

AllieW · 09/02/2011 15:10

Lily Rose.

booandbump · 09/02/2011 15:12

Lily Rose. DD1 has a Lily Rose in her reception class, she is a very petite lovely girl and it really suits her.

ReturnOfTheBoomBap · 09/02/2011 15:12

Lily or Rose. Or, at a push, Lily Rose.

SilkStalkings · 09/02/2011 16:13

Lily Rose

BuntyPenfold · 09/02/2011 17:57

Jean and Sossiges I love Eve Garnett and the family from One End Street.

Yes Jean & Bunty I've read The Family from One End St. but I was thinking about the painting!

pipplin · 09/02/2011 21:01

I like Lily Rose.

I never knew Lily-Rose was not her real name! What is her real name? Do the rest of them have another name too? Sorry OP, I am for some odd reason surprised by this. Confused

JeanJardine · 09/02/2011 21:27

Sossiges, oh yes, the Singer Sargent painting with the little girls in white smocks and the Chinese lanterns? I'd forgotten about that!

Tinkerisdead · 09/02/2011 21:36

Pipplin. Her name is Isabella Blake something. . Google her. After she made my teeth itch I looked her up and it's true she has a truly vomit inducing site.

The others have different names too Jay is really Jake Pratt who found fame on britains got talent and the other lad is really called Thai Murray or something like that. I don't normally stalk green ballooners but after lily Rose I checked the other nasally whining crooners.

jellybeans · 09/02/2011 22:28

Lily Rose

Sossiges · 09/02/2011 23:32

Horrible site but obv done for her not by her, poor lamb.

Underachieving · 09/02/2011 23:52

Also Lily Rose, anthing else would be tacky.

muminthemiddle · 10/02/2011 00:20

What is this Green Balloon Club?

btw I prefer Lilly Rose too.

princessglitter · 11/02/2011 23:16

Oh well, my Lily-Rose is obviously awful

In my opinion, the prejudice against hypenated names is snobbery, pure and simple. It defies logic - although if you are semi-articulate(oh, the hyphen, the irony) I am sure you can string together some sort of logical argument as to why hyphenated names are just, well wrong.

NinkyNonker · 12/02/2011 11:57

Rose on its own. But then I'm biased. Wink

pilates · 12/02/2011 15:05

Love both names, but not together.
