Adelaide (nn Ada)?

We are still on a quest for a girl's name....it was not this hard the first time round!

What do people think about Adelaide, with Ada as a nickname? Middle name will be Hope.

We have a one syllable (rare) surname and all have quite unusual names. DD is called Arabel.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Adelaide makes me think of Neighbours.

Really like it.

Although, yes, QN, it does make me think of Neighbours characters disappearing off to Adelaide

I had a great aunty Adelaide, always known as Aunty Addie.

It's a great name.
