What do people think of Flora?

I know, I know it spreads easily...but I still think it is a beautiful and hardly used name so it is my no 1 choice for this baby if it is a girl (which it wont be) and am hoping she will be hardened to any silly jokes by the time she gets to that age (if Flora margarine is still around that is)

Thinking Flora Elizabeth or Flora May,

I have never met a Flora before. Flora Elizabeth is nicer than Flora May. I quite like Flo as a nn too, it's cute.

I really like Flora, I think its a very pretty name! But my DH wont let me have it because of the margarine?!

My niece is flora may. It's lovely and so is flora Elizabeth.

We have a teenage Flora, it has been a great choice. Just ignore all the butter/marg stuff she has never found it a problem. Dislike Flora May though, Flora Jane is good I think or Flora Ann as in the Katie Morag books!
