Grin Phew!

Annabel - classic and timeless.

PlanetLizard · 27/01/2011 12:38

Annabel is a lovely name.

Catsmamma · 27/01/2011 12:42

it's a bit rah-rah.

and none of the Annabels I have know have been nice, but it is better than Egberta. :)

Hedwig3 · 27/01/2011 12:43

Aw, I was just getting all nostalgic about Button Moon Blush

Annabel is lovely

AllieW · 27/01/2011 18:35

Love it. (I have a hankering after the spelling Anabelle, but I'm aware that that looks terribly trendy.)

CrawlingInMySkin · 27/01/2011 18:37

I love the name think it is very petty. But a word of caution my friends DD always giggled at a girl and called her baby Annabel sorry.

AKMD · 27/01/2011 19:51

As in the peeing baby? Yuck!

We could get away with the full 'Annabelle' spelling as our surname is short and French but I think the short spelling looks more classic.

Yes unfortunatly the peeing baby sorry.

TallulahdoesthehulainHawaii · 27/01/2011 20:08

Annabelle is lovely. My cabbage patch kid was called Egberta, Egberta Kay.

crisptart · 27/01/2011 21:05

Don't like it, sorry, it sounds too pretentious to me! Blush

Rebeccaruby · 27/01/2011 21:15

I like it. There is a lovely (but rather sad) poem, Annabel Lee, by Edgar Allan Poe.

A1980 · 28/01/2011 23:21

Love Annabel, go for it.

Annabel Egberta has a nice ring to it Grin

onimolap · 28/01/2011 23:27

It would be a nice name, if it weren't for the dratted doll.

Egberta would be character forming.....

anthonywiggleisthebest · 28/01/2011 23:36

I love it :)
