How do you spell this name?

Met someone called (phonetically) Eff-ooh-ah today. Have never come across it before - does anyone know how to spell it?

I tried to look it up but to no avail - suspect it may be one of those tricksy Irish ones

No, no. I thought she was an Aoife (and called her "Ee-fah") and she corrected me, "no, it's Eff-ooh-ah"!

She has a middle class home counties English accent btw, if that makes a difference!
