I think we have decided on Felicity but cant decide if she should have a middle name or not?

Me or DH dont have one so not sure if we should have one or not so looking for possible ideas before we decide.

Thanks in advance x

I love Felicity, it was almost DD but DH wasn't convinced. We would have used Felicity Ishbel if that helps :).

I think Felicity on its own (without a middle name) works because its got 4 syllables and it means happiness. But if you have a really really short last name you could have a short middle name to balance it out?

Felicity Ann Short / jones / smith / james
Felicity Jane Short etc
Felicity Clare

Lovely name. Doesn't need a middle one IMO.

Love felicity, doesn't need a middle name but beware your child might feel left out, my mum doesn't have a middle name and hates that she's the only person she knows who doesn't have one!
Ann or eve sound nice x

Thanks all, our Sirname is Charles so maybe long enough!

Great name, doesn't need a MN but would go for one syllable if you do

We are having Felicity for our daughter when she is born and I have found it so hard to think of a middle name that goes well. So far I have come up with these;

Felicity Kate,
Felicity Jane,
Felicity Eve

We can't have any 'A' middle names as her initials will be fat!

Hi cowboy

LOVE Felicty.

I don't see the point in a middle name for middle name's sake.

I would say unless there is a name which means something to you (a grandmothers name, perhaps) - Felicity doesn't need a middle name.

If you prefer to have one though, definitely something short, I second Felicity Jane, also like Felicity Emma, but initials would spell FEC ! Hmm

Definitely have a middle name as well, as a Felicity myself, I would have been very annoyed if I didn't have a middle name, even if my first name has 4 syllables.

We have a Felicity Faith aged 2.

We considered Felicity Seren, which would mean happy/lucky star.
