Alternatives to Ethan?

I've loved the name Ethan for years (ok, ever since Mission Impossible :o) but it is so popular now that I wouldn't use it. Does anyone have any ideas on alternatives? I also like Seth and DS is Jared, so probably sticking with the Biblical names.

A DD would be called Annabel, not Biblical at all!

Oh, and I hadn't realised in my ignorance that Ethan was a biblical name.

Thought you might like this link too.

I love Ethan - but my Dh wouldn't have it for our DS because he said it sounds too American?!

If we ever have another boy, he will be called Elijah (DH great-grandads name), which we both LOVE.

So what about : Elijah Joseph ??

Not all biblical but how about

Aiden
Zacharia/h/y

I love Ethan, my DD would have been Ethan if she was a boy.

I biblical names.

My favourite has to be Levi(don't laugh!), but DH has vetoed that twice, and no more babies here so I will never get to use it!

Should say "I love biblical names" Blush

Thanks everyone. I don't think Ethan is a Biblical name, just one I liked a lot before we had DS.

I like Levi but maybe not in the UK. Jacob is great but taken by a close friend. Felix - miaow or I would like it.

Evan is a good one :) and I like Caleb too.
