Naomi is 'I moan' backwards.

Also Hannah and Anna are the same backwards as forwards.

Any other random musings?

Some people have used Neveah as a name... it's heaven backwards.

I remember reading about boy/girl twin names Aidan and Nadia as they are each the other name backwards, don't know if it was used on RL children!
