New Short List for Boys Name

After your kind replies to previous thread, Bertram (Bertie) is still topping our list but would like more feedback. Here is current shortlist.

Bertram
Jasper
Leo
Theo
Hector
Ethan
Arthur

All comments good or bad gratefully recieved x

I really hate Bertram and Hector. The others are Ok.

I like Bertram.

and Leo and Arthur and Ethan

I don't really like any of the others

Like all on your list apart from Ethan, tis very popular around these parts.

Especially like Bertram, Hector and Arthur.

Jasper is my favourite, followed by Bertram, Hector, Theo and Arthur.

Another no to Ethan, and also to Jasper. The rest are very nice although I prefer the east European spelling Artur for some reason, and Theo would have to be Theodore or Theodosius for me.

I still think Bertram is fab.

Would you consider Thaddeus instead of Theo?

Bertram - OK
Jasper - no it is a name for wasps
Leo - quite like
Theo - OKish I think, not sure
Hector - house? or am I showing my age?
Ethan - awful
Arthur - I really like it in theory but can't imagine having a child called Arthur. Does that even make sense??

I like Leo best out of that list.

Bertram is lovely - underused and classic. Not keen on the others, especially Hector due to its meaning.

I like Leo the best, followed by Bertie and Arthur.

Jasper is ok.

Not Hector, Theo or Ethan.

Math - I like Thaddeus. There was one at the childminder's my brother went to when he was little. Lovely name for a lovely boy (at least he was at the time, he'll be in his twenties now so it's anyone's guess what he grew up to be )

Bertram - if I ever have a dog it will be called Sir Thomas Bertram, so that's a no, sorry.

I like Theo and Hector and love, love, love Thaddeus.

Don't like Ethan or Arthur.
