After months spending my time looking at baby names, and posting threads on here, I finally have my shortlist for baby who is now a week over due. Please can you vote?

Arianna is my favourite by a mile so that gets my vote. Tallulah is second but quite some distance behind.

EauRudolph · 21/12/2010 14:48

Love Arianna, don't like any of the others though (sorry!)

cowboylover · 21/12/2010 15:12

Arianna here to!

SaorAlba · 21/12/2010 15:14

Arianna is my favourite too.

Northernrose · 21/12/2010 15:19

Think i like Sienna Nicole the best Xmas Smile

I'm currently 41 weeks with a boy and we have 3 names for him, we're going to try the see which we think he comes out looking most like theory...and hopefully we'll agree !

rachxx · 21/12/2010 15:53

Woop Im 41 weeks too! Ohh I wonder if they will 'look like' any of our names!

LynetteScavo · 21/12/2010 15:58

Tallulah

AnnOnimous · 21/12/2010 16:00

Arianna for definite, the rest are not as classy and timeless, and tbh a wee bit chavvy.

Violet5 · 21/12/2010 16:02

Not much longer to go then rachxx my money is on your baby arriving first Xmas Smile as mine are always sooo late !

My husband joked if we'd waited to see what name our daughter looked like when she was born we'd have called her squidge ! But i'm hoping we'll feel like this little man will resemble one of the names we like.

Best of luck with everything Smile

Sienna

Depending on how long her surname is Airanna, with 4 syllables, could be too long a name

rachxx · 21/12/2010 16:08

Hehe well this is my 1st baby, so I was fully expecting her to be late. I expect you get everyone saying 'ohhhh an xmas baby' about a hundred times a day too.

OP posts:
NotActuallyAMum · 21/12/2010 16:09

Arianna of course, sorry Xmas Blush

rachxx · 21/12/2010 16:11

Surname is 2 syllables. Alicia and Elizabeth have 4 syllables, though I have seen them with quite long surnames, so I wouldnt be too bothered by this anyway.

rachxx · 21/12/2010 16:12

Notactuallyamum Im confused!

OP posts:
Violet5 · 21/12/2010 16:12

I do...along with, 'oh you're still pregnant'....i've thought about joking and saying 'no i've just had him !' just to see their faces Grin

rachxx · 21/12/2010 16:14

Yes I get that too. I saw a work colleague in the supermarket who said 'are you still pregnant?' me and OH looked at my bump and both burst out laughing.

OP posts:
Violet5 · 21/12/2010 16:20

Ah well, one things for sure we can't be pregnant that much longer now Xmas Grin

Hope all goes well and if you drop a post in the announcements when your daughter arrives i'll see you there Smile
