hey guys!

what does everyone think of Orla-Rayne? me and OH cant decide so as a comprimise i suggested putting our 2 fave names together so what does everyone think? i dont want to ask friends and family yet so honest opinions please!

also do you think it needs a middle name? i promised my friend baby would take her name (louise)as a middle name but i wasnt banking on a double barrelled first name!

Ciara means dark haired in Irish, just as Orla means golden haired.
As does Kerry.

Orla Rayne with no hyphen is very nice, has a lovely soft sound; Orla Rayne Louise is nice too, but only if there's no hyphen and if you don't object to three names (although you could 'save' Louise for another DD?)

Orla Louise Rayne works well. And would remind your OH that the order of middle names doesn't really matter. Then your friend is happy too!

aww i do like that actualy :)

ill run it by him and see what he says! although i wont tell him that the order doesnt matter (although it really doesnt Wink) because then he'll be moaning that the middle name isnt good enough! (comprimise doesnt happen with him, hes like a spoilt child when it comes to things like this and im not giving in this time!)

thanks :)

Congratulations I love the name Orla. I have a beautiful 2 year old Orla Avril.

I don't know weather I should say this now as you have decided on Raine as a middle name (also love that btw), only ..... Orla means Golden while Raine being, well, rain I wouldn't have been able to call my daughter Golden Shower!! Blush

Brew

aww orla avrils lovely! i dont think anyines going to look into it enough to come to golden shower to be hinest! though im imprressed you did! i was more bothered when i realised that orla is an anagram of oral and that her initials are 2 letters away from spelling orgasm! Blush
