This name came up on a thread a few weeks ago - I think its so pretty, but am at a loss of what middle name might go with it - any ideas? Sirname starts with an R, I know it doesn't roll off the tongue perfectly, but if I might just be able to get away with it!

Lucy (presuming it's for a girl).

I saw that thread - it is a really pretty name but not in a little girly way. Hope you use it as I'll never get a chance.

Eve

Have you got any names that mean something to you? We used an old family name/a name from the part of the world dh is from/the name of a beach (not all for the same dc!)

Thanks everyone! Lucy is DD1's middle name, after my sister, so can't use that one. Merryn Runcorn doesn't quite do it for me loler! But good idea, as I did find out I was pregnant in Spain, so maybe there's a link there.
The name seems to work well with a middle name starting with E or A - I quite like Merryn Eloise and Merryn Alice loonies. Thanks.

Like Merryn Eloise and that made me think of Merryn Louise. I know Louise was a 70s middle name of choice (yes it's mine...) but do like it with Merryn (which is a lovely name).

Its mine too! I;ve never particularly liked Louise, but you're right, it does go. What about Merryn Emily?
