Hi everyone, DP and I have whittled down a shortlist, but we're not sure what nn's would be used for a couple of our names - can you help suggest possibles?! We don't want to chose a name with an obvious nn we hate!

The one's we're not sure of are;

Arden
Audrey
Juliet
Harper
(girls)

Valentin
Rueben
Logan
(boys)

We have other names we are considering too, but with more obvious nn's!

Thanks!

I'm sure Juliet would get shortened to Jules, or similar and Valentin to Val. Not so sure about the others.

Not all names are diminutised. My name is Anoushka, which you would have thought was ripe for shortening, but it very rarely is.

I have a family nickname, but it does not derive from my forename Wink.

Reuben - Reubs.
Juliet - Jules.

Erm, they're the obvious ones that appear to me. My nickname was always a shortened version of my second name, very very few people actually knew my first name when I was younger haha!

Arden - Ardy possibly?
Audreye - Aude - I love this Smile
Juliet - Jules
Harper - Harpy?
(girls)

Valentin - Val - love this too
Rueben - Ruebes
Logan - Logey

Aah and there goes Harper! I don't think I could call my DD a name that might get shortened to Harpy! lol!

Thanks everyone :)
