We already have a Nia and Luke and need to find girl and boys names that fit well. I would quite like an unusual, pretty girls name, and possibly an unusual boys name. All suggestions greatfully receivd!!!

By unusual do you mean one that no other child of their age will have?

If so I would recommend

Jane
Ann
Mary
Vivienne
Katherine
Margaret

Or

John
David
Paul
Andrew

lilibet is right, Martha and Finn are nice names, but unusual? Not any more they're not.

Jane, Ann, John, Mark etc would be unusual.

I quite like Naomi, Esme, Sasha type names (if they are a 'type'). They might not be unusual exactly, but mainly just need to fit with daughter's name which is African/Gaelic. Please help!

Thank you - these are more along the lines of what I was thinking. I like Saskia, but there's one down the road. Anya is lovely too.

Meredith, Mali, Eira - would fit well with Nia as they are all Welsh?

Sylvie is also pretty and unusual.

our DD is Elodie, so many people comment on what a lovely name it is.

Elodie is french, Elodia is spanish version and not as nice in my opinion!
