I like Cecily more

prettier and less uppity IMO

but of the other two I prefer the spelling Cecilia

Sounds nice. We were going to call DD Cecily, but both names mean "blind" or something, and for some reason this felt inauspicious.

DH's grandma was Cicely so I think that spelling is OK too. Love them all. St. Cecelia is the patron saint of musicians I think, which is lovely.
