I like Cecily more

but of the other two I prefer the spelling Cecilia

Sounds nice. We were going to call DD Cecily, but both names mean "blind" or something, and for some reason this felt inauspicious.

DH's grandma was Cicely so I think that spelling is OK too. Love them all. St. Cecelia is the patron saint of musicians I think, which is lovely.

Really Butterbur . I was going to say I love the name Cecily, but off to Google it now!
