Sebastian, Frank or Jacob and Esther, Cleo or Jessica

I am in a quandary. These are our possible choices of names but we are struggling to make any final decisions with only 3 weeks to go. Any thoughts on these:

Boys:
Sebastian (really don't like Sebby/Sebbie though as this is slightly putting us off) but like Seb
Jacob ? and maybe Jake for short
Frank

Girls:
Esther
Cleo - is this too girly?
Jessica

Esther and either Jacob or Sebastian.

Both Sebastians I know are known as Sebbie

I like Cleo and Frank.

Sebastian is ok, but I dislike Seb/Sebbie, sounds too soft.

Jessica and Jacob are far too popular imo.

Jacob and Esther are my faves.

I like Jacob and although I dont love any of the girls names I think Jessica is the best.

Like all of those except Jessica, seems v unimaginative in comparison. There are dozens of them at our local pre-school and primary.
