Juliet.
Irrelevant fact: 2 of my mum's best friends were called Sylvia and Juliet.:)

Juliet
and loving Hazel at the moment Hmm

scurryfunge · 09/10/2010 21:08

Love Sylvie

Northernlurker · 09/10/2010 21:10

Sylvie. Juliet is too grown up.

plonker · 09/10/2010 21:21

Both gorgeous! You can't go wrong Smile

MuffinMouse · 10/10/2010 05:20

LOVE both. Sylvie has the edge for me (just).

ravenAK · 10/10/2010 05:22

Prefer Sylvia to Sylvie!

Juliet's good - my SIL is Juliette & answers to Jet, which is a fun nn.

asdx2 · 10/10/2010 06:44

Like both but I think Sylvie is my favourite of the two.

AllThreeWays · 10/10/2010 07:22

I am a Juliet, love it now, hated it as a child. 'Where's Romeo" never gets old Hmm

diddl · 10/10/2010 09:39

Juliet.

niccibabe · 10/10/2010 09:56

Both lovely, but the Romeo stuff will get tiring...

so prefer Sylvie

skippingturtle · 10/10/2010 10:11

Sylvie is beautiful, vetoed by DP Angry.

Juliet's a lovely name, but I don't like Julie, and I wonder whether a lot of correcting goes on with people assuming you're saying Julie.

ValiumSingleton · 10/10/2010 11:51

I like both, but Juliet. I loved Sylvie years ago and have gone off it a bit. Juliet I would always like it a lot.

ValiumSingleton · 10/10/2010 11:52

Hazel is beautiful.

Nancy66 · 10/10/2010 12:34

Sylvie

Juliet is just Julie with a T on the end.
Horrible name.

Not getting the love for Hazel either - naff 60 year old hairdresser's name.

Easywriter · 10/10/2010 12:39

As someone who's been chucked off a name thread for being silly, you'll be pleased to know that today I'm on my best behaviour and being sensibleGrin.

However, I can't help you. Both are gorgeous names, though I would prefer to see Juliet spelt Juliette.

Rhubarbgarden · 10/10/2010 18:59

Juliet

piscesmoon · 10/10/2010 19:08

Juliet

daimbardiva · 27/10/2010 14:34

Sylvie is lovely - I may have to steal it for my shortlist ;)

Like Juliet too, but prefer it spelt Juliette

minipie · 27/10/2010 14:42

Sylvie is lovely.

Juliet is nice, but will end up as Jules or Julie which I'm not so keen on.

Yarnie · 27/10/2010 14:52

Sylvie.

GeorgeOsborne · 27/10/2010 14:54

Sylvie

JamaicaGeisha · 28/10/2010 00:52

Sylvie

mathanxiety · 28/10/2010 03:33

Have you considered having twins? The names are both gorgeous.
