Contractions! Help me decide!

Right, due to the formula we used with DS1, we are probably going for one of the following for DD1, but which flows best/works best?

Tessa Karen P-- (one syllable)
Tessa Kay P--
Tess Karen P--
Tess Kay P--

We will probably call her Tess, but wondered if the extra 'a' helped the flow as it could be a bit stacato.

All thoughts wanted and possibly quite urgent, thanks!!
