When I read the thread title I thought Felicity May, so from your choices this would be the one I would go for

How about Felicity Joan, sounds prettier than Jane imho

From your list, May, though Joy was the first one that sprung to mind when I read the title.

Felicity Jane sounds a bit like Calamity Jane, sorry! Lots of other options though!
